Independent Event: Manager Speed Dating | Thursday 1:45-4 PM at the nearby Aloft Coastline Hotel
This crazy fun activity is a hit every year! An independent reverse trade show-style event offering face to face dates pairing business partners with managers before Conference officially opens at 4:15 PM. Separate registration required.
Management companies host a table for business partners to visit in 6-minute pre-arranged speed dates. When the bell rings, date's up!

This official opening event brings your customers out in droves. Everyone can enjoy (adult) beverages and other light refreshments while strolling through the 84 Expo booths. Be there promptly so you can enjoy the full 75 minutes of networking on the Expo floor.
6-8 PM: Welcome Party and Award Celebration in the WCC Ballroom
Kickoff the 2025 Annual Conference with the always popular Welcome Party! New this year, join the celebration of the 2025 Seal of Distiction Communities as you enjoy networking with hundreds of industry players in all in one place. All registered Exhibitor team members included.
