Three major annual events:

Annual Conference & Expo (late summer) – the year’s largest in-person gathering, with 1.5 days of networking, exhibiting, speed dating plus a rich menu of sponsorship opportunities.

Community Association Law Day (March):

This one-of-a-kind virtual event draws more NC board members and managers than any other, to a unique day of learning about legal issues facing NC associations.

Session Host sponsorships are open to business partners and management companies. Your company rep front & center as the introducing host for one of 12 Friday learning sessions plus advance promotion and onsite signage ($350).

Higher Thinking Executive Forum (May): An annual day-long retreat-style experience designed for top leadership teams of Management Companies.

Business partner attendance at this event is limited to its sponsoring companies. ($850+)

Local education events:
Events held in Raleigh, Charlotte, Wilmington, Greensboro in late spring and late fall.

Our volunteer Metro Engagement Teams in Charlotte, Raleigh, Greensboro and Wilmington plan local events, most often a combination of learning and networking followed by socializing or a recreational or service activity.

• Business partners are invited to sponsor any available event, with sponsor introduction mic time and plenty of networking ($350).
