Three major annual events:

Annual Conference & Expo (late summer) – the year’s largest in-person gathering, with 2 days of networking, exhibiting, speed dating and a rich menu of sponsorship opportunities including some for management companies.

For 2025 Annual Conference & Expo in Wilmington August 21-22, opportunities will open in late spring (priority to Supporting Partner firms). Watch your chapter newsletter and website. 

Community Association Law Day (March 21, 2025):

This one-of-a-kind virtual event draws more NC board members and managers than any other, to a unique day of learning about legal issues facing NC associations.

Session Host sponsorships for business partners and management companies will open in February. Your company rep front & center as the introducing host for one of 12 Friday learning sessions plus advance promotion and onsite signage ($350).

Higher Thinking Executive Forum (May 1, 2025, Chapel Hill): An annual day-long retreat-style experience designed for top leadership teams of Management Companies.

Business partner attendance at this event is limited to its sponsoring companies ($850+) and will open in February.

Local education events:

Our volunteer Metro Engagement Teams in Charlotte, Raleigh, Greensboro and Wilmington plan local events, most often a combination of learning and networking followed by socializing or a recreational or service activity.

Business partners are invited to sponsor any available event, with options ($250-350) and plenty of networking.
