Member Dues
Homeowner Leaders, Board Members, and Community Volunteers
- The best community associations have the best boards – they're educated, knowledgeable, and prepared to lead their communities successfully.
- Join up to 15 board members for only $305 flat rate.
Community Managers
- Community managers are the professional backbone of the communities they serve, providing the skills and expertise essential to the successful management of associations. Let CAI help you shape the industry.
- Annual membership dues are $155.
Management Companies
- Expand your client base and access tools, resources, and information with a corporate membership. CAI is your source to what is important in the community association field.
- Annual membership dues are $460 (one manager membership included).
Business Partners
- Examples of Business Partner corporate memberships include firms in the areas of law, accounting, insurance, reserves, banking, construction, software, landscaping, lake & pond management and many others.
- Annual membership dues are $625.
All membership transactions (joining or renewing) are handled through national CAI.
